Terms of Service

The service

Automotive.ad, operated by the operator of automotive.ad, generates advertising copy for vehicles from the facts you enter and the dealership details in your Brand Kit. The service is intended for business use by dealerships and automotive marketing teams and requires you to be at least 18 years old.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Generated copy and your responsibility

The generator is designed to use only the facts you provide and to stay within each platform’s recommended limits. It is still an automated system: you must review every result before publishing it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the facts you enter and for the compliance of the ads you publish with advertising, consumer-protection, pricing-disclosure, financing-disclosure, and platform rules that apply to your business and your market.

You own the copy generated for you and may use it without restriction. We claim no rights in your inputs or your results, and we do not use them to train AI models.

Plans and billing

Every account starts on a free Trial allowance. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. One generation is one piece of copy for one format; allowances reset each billing period and unused generations do not carry over.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. We do not refund partial periods. If a renewal payment fails, your account returns to the Trial allowance until payment succeeds. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• enter false or misleading vehicle, price, or financing information, or publish generated copy you know to be inaccurate;
• use the service to advertise anything other than vehicles and related dealership offers, or in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the platform where the ad is published;
• attempt to access other customers’ data, circumvent plan limits, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access to it;
• use automated means to submit generation requests beyond what the product interface allows.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules. Where practical, we will tell you why.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Generation depends on third-party AI providers whose availability we do not control; a failed generation is never counted against your allowance. We may add, change, or remove features. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the current period.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that generated copy will be accurate, complete, compliant, or effective, and we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from ads you publish. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to contact@automotive.ad; any active subscription should be cancelled in the billing portal first. We may close accounts that breach these terms or that remain unpaid. On closure your Brand Kits and history are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
