Brand Kit

The dealership identity applied to every generation, and what each field changes in the output.

Updated

A Brand Kit describes one dealership or rooftop. The generator reads it on every run, so you enter these details once instead of typing them into every ad.

Fields

Field Required How the generator uses it
Name yes Your own label for the kit (for example “Main store”). Never appears in ads.
Dealership name yes Appears wherever a format has room: headlines, listings, email signatures, SMS.
Location yes City and state or region. Used in search ads and listings to signal local relevance.
Phone no Included in long formats (listings, email, marketplace) and in SMS when space allows.
Website no Included in long formats. Normalized to https://.
Tone of voice yes Selects one of five writing styles; see below.
Call to action no Used exactly once per format, in the part designed for it.
Disclaimers no Copied verbatim into every format whose longest part allows at least 400 characters. Never paraphrased.

Tones

  • Professional — clear and trustworthy; complete sentences, no hype.
  • Friendly — warm and conversational; second person, plain language.
  • Energetic — short, upbeat sentences with urgency around the offer.
  • Luxury — understated and precise; refined vocabulary, no exclamation marks.
  • Straightforward — facts first with minimal adjectives.

Short parts (headlines, SMS) stay dense and factual regardless of tone. Long parts (listing descriptions, email bodies) carry the tone most.

Default kit and multiple rooftops

Your first Brand Kit becomes the default and is preselected on the Generate page. Dealer groups can create one kit per rooftop and pick the right one for each run; the number of kits depends on your plan (see Plans and billing).

Editing and deleting

Edits apply to future generations only. Deleting a kit does not affect history: every saved generation keeps a copy of the dealership details it used.
